Frequently Asked Questions
What is your wedding booking process?
Fill out the contact form on my website with your wedding details, and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours with a breakdown of services and costs. If everything looks good, I’ll send over your contract — your date is secured once the contract is signed and the 20% non-refundable deposit is paid.
After that, we can schedule a bridal preview so we can perfect your look and make sure everything is just how you’ve imagined for your big day!
What is your cancellation policy?
Wedding Cancellation/No-Show Policy
To secure your wedding date, a 20% non-refundable retainer is required, which will go toward your total services. We understand that plans can change, but cancellations or changes less than 30 days before your wedding, as well as same-day cancellations or no-shows, will be charged the full service amount. If you need to reschedule 30+ days in advance, we’ll do our best to accommodate you and transfer your retainer to the new date. Exceptions are made for hospitalization or extreme circumstances.
Non-Wedding Cancellation/No-Show Policy
A 20% non-refundable retainer secures your appointment and will be applied toward your service. We know life happens! If you cancel within 48 hours, 50% of the service total will apply; same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service amount. Rescheduling 7+ days in advance is always possible, and your retainer can transfer to your new date. Exceptions are made for hospitalization or extreme circumstances.
When should I book my wedding?
Weddings, on average, are booked anywhere between 12 and 18 months in advance due to high demand for certain dates.
Since I only book one wedding per date, it’s recommended to book as early as possible. To book, a bridal contract must be signed and a 20% deposit paid.
Do you hold dates?
No, I do not hold dates for any services. Only a signed contract and paid 20% deposit will secure your date.
Where are you located?
I am based in Orlando, but all of my makeup services are offered on location. I come to you! Travel fees are calculated based on travel time.
Why is there a travel fee?
I charge a travel fee for the time, distance and costs of transporting my kit and services to the location of your choice. This fee is subject to calculated based on distance.
Can I schedule a bridal trial before booking?
No; Bridal previews will only be provided to those who have signed a contract and paid a 20% deposit.
How far in advance should I schedule a bridal trial?
I recommend scheduling your bridal trial 2–3 months before your wedding. If you are having a shorter engagement, it is recommended to book your bridal trial ASAP. This allows enough time to finalize your look while keeping it fresh in your mind for the big day.
How many makeup services can you provide for my wedding?
I am happy to accommodate large bridal parties. To ensure bridal parties of six or more are ready promptly on your wedding day, I bring in additional artists to assist. There is a $150 fee for each additional artist.
Do you have a service minimum?
I have a service minimum of 3 for weddings.
Can we get ready at our venue?
I provide on-location bridal makeup services, allowing you and your bridal party to get ready at the location that suits you best. Please check with your venue to ensure a designated space is available, and keep in mind that depending on your bridal party’s size, we may need additional time beyond what the venue allows.
How long does makeup take?
I dedicate 1.5 hours to bridal makeup and 45 minutes to 1 hour for each bridal party member’s makeup. Every wedding receives a personalized schedule tailored to your unique timeline for the day. Contact me for more details on planning the perfect timing for your wedding day!
Are lashes included? Will it lower the cost if I don’t want lashes?
Yes, lashes are included for everyone. Each client will have the choice between strip lashes and cluster lashes. The cost will not change if a client opts out of lashes.
What is included in your luxury bridal touch-up kit?
This thoughtfully curated set includes all the essentials to keep you looking flawless throughout your big day: disposable tools (lash spoolie, doe-foot applicator, Q-tips), a powder puff, a sample of the lip products used, a plastic straw, a makeup wipe, and my business card for future glam sessions.
Can I pay on the day of service?
Payment is not accepted the day of service. A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your scheduled services.
What if we need to add on services on the wedding day?
Additional services requested on the wedding day must be paid in full via Stripe on the same day and will incur a $25 fee per service, in addition to the regular service charge. Please note that due to time constraints or other factors, I may not be able to accommodate last-minute add-ons.
